Fang's story, from his owner, Adam:
I came across a very friendly (and hungry) black cat on my street in the spring of 2022. I returned to visit (and feed) him a few times, until I noticed a serious dental infection. After a few hours at the vet, and a lost “fang,” he decided to come home with me.
Now he works as a therapy cat, and his hobbies include stalking my ankles, wrestling, and rolling around in dirt. Our daily walks and his outgoing personality have made him a local celebrity. You can follow his adventures @fangsfunhouse.
Fang has volunteered with Pets on Wheels and visits libraries, retirement homes, and schools.
Tempe Public Library provides the community free access to and assistance with information, resources, spaces, and opportunities.
