In our daily lives, we use the word hope in multiple ways—e.g., “I hope that you are feeling better soon,” “I hope for the best,” “Hope spring eternal,” “These are my hopes and dreams,” and more. There may be times when we think that hope is all that we have as we face challenges in life. What roles does hope play in our lives? When do we tend to think about hope? In this workshop, we will reflect on how hope as affected our lives.
