Bio:
Jade Deatherage is pursuing her Master’s in Music Performance at Arizona State University where she studies saxophone performance under the instruction of Christopher Creviston. She completed her Undergraduate education in music performance at the University of Central Florida. She has been an member of three chamber ensembles in her time in school, including Camembert Saxophone Quartet, Flora, and Kodachrome, with whom she’s competed in national and international competitions, premiered new works and given masterclasses. Her primary instrument is saxophone, but she also enjoys getting to play other woodwind instruments and has also been known to play the cello.
